All orders are shipped free via UPS. We make every effort to try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please give us one to two days to process your order. We're located in Los Angeles and delivery times depend on where you live. Most West Coast orders take one to two days after shipping, Mid-West and East Coast shipping times are a bit longer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a UPS tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

International Shipping
Due to limitations around CBD, we are currently not able to ship our products internationally. We're working on expanding our distribution and hope to have exciting news soon!

Our Return Policy
Our goal is for you to love your American Vanity product as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products, we are happy to provide a full refund for any product as long as it is at least half full and received within 30 days of initial purchase. All returns must be received at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed – otherwise we will not be able to authorize the full refund.

What are the steps to return products?

1. Connect with customer service
If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact Customer Service to initiate your return at We will be happy to assist with a complimentary return label for returns that meet our policy requirements.

2. Print the pre-paid label and package your return
Return labels will be sent to the email address used for your original order, unless otherwise specified. Please safely pack the products and affix the prepaid return label to the box and drop it of at any UPS location.

I purchased your products at a retailer, can I return them to you?
We are only able to assist with products ordered through Any products purchased in-store must be returned directly to the retailer where the product was purchased.

Can I return gift sets?
Gift sets are only eligible for returns if all of the pieces included are returned.

Returns that have not been approved by Customer Service, that are not in compliance with our Return Policies, or outside the 30 day return timeframe, will be returned to the sender at their expense or donated.

What if I received an order with broken or missing items?
Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible after receiving your delivery. For missing packages marked delivered, we require a minimum of 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
